This weekend was very busy. Last weekend Phil (Nate's Brother) graduated from ETBU and this weekend Megan(Nate's sister) graduated from Hardin- Simmons. Nate and Brock attended both graduations while I stayed at home and worked on Saturday and Braxton hung out with my parents. Nate's grandparents have been here since last Friday-they are from Oregon. Brock has enjoyed all the attention he has been getting from his great-grandparents and his aunt and uncle since they are all home. Tonight before we left, he watned his picture made with every person at he house.
Happy Mother's Day to everyone! We enjoyed a nice lunch with my parents today and then a nice dinner with Nate's family. We are both so thankful for our wonderful Mother's.
I am so thankful on this Mother's Day to have been blessed with the two most wonderful little boys I could ever imagine. I love watching them grow everyday. I love watching Brock and Braxton play together (this has just started lately). Brax reaches out from his brother. Then Brock gets this very tender and sweet voice and talks to him. I love to listen to Brock tell me things like- "I can waddle like a penguin", "I love you mommy", "Mommy, I am your snuggle bug and you are my sweetie". He says some many things that can just melt my heart. His energy and love for life is amazing, and yet at times he is so so serious and studious. My little Braxton has the sweetest little spirit. His smile can light up a room. He has started grabbing my face and pulling it into his mouth to give a big open mouth kiss. I can't imagine life without my two precious boys. They are are such a gift from God. I love you boys!
