Christmas Memories- Part 1
I am going to copy my sisters idea, and as Christmas gets closer share a Christmas memory everyday. My first memory goes way back. Every year my sister and I would do our own Christmas Eve service at our house. We would alternate who was the preacher and who was the music minister almost every year. Some years we would make a bulletin, and Dad always video taped the big service we did. The service was complete with songs, a "special music", an offering, preaching, and an invitation at the end of the service. If I remember correctly "Lizzy Waller (our dog) joined "our church" several years. We also had this gold trash can the we used for the offering and we would put change in it. We would shake when we walked around because it was so loud. This service was always filled with lots and lots of laughter. It is one of my best memories of growing up.
