Road Trip
On Sunday, Lisa (a friend from college) took a road trip down to Temple to see Rachel and Landyn Reese. We had such a great time! It was great to catch up with Lisa in the car driving, and it was so wonderful to see Miss Landyn Reese and Rach. She is a cutie pie! She was an angel. She slept almost the entire time we were there. Rachel is an awesome mommy! It is so neat to watch friends as we change stages in life. When I met Rachel almost 8 years ago I never would have imagined that either one of us would ever be grown up enough to have our own family. We were roommates our freshman year of college and had a GREAT time! I remember when I got the letter in the mail from HSU telling me who my roommate was going to be. I really wanted to call her as soon as I got it but I decided I should wait at least a few hours. When I called she was so sweet and I was so excited, except that she told me she was the president of the Future Farmers of America. I thought I was going to be living with some cowgirl who dressed in wranglers and western shirts daily. Any of you who know Rachel know this is so far from the way she is. We had a blast together through the years with adventures along the way. Rach you are such a beautiful person and it was amazing to see you Sunday as a mommy. Landyn is one lucky little gal!

Ry, you are so sweet to say such nice things! Thank you for being one of my absolute best friends. I cherish every second of our friendship over the years. I loved that you got to come and see my precious little Landyn Reese. She had such a great time visiting with her aunt RyRy.
