THE BIG DAY

Tomorrow is the big day. The day we have been waiting for for months. Brock is getting his tubes. I am praying they will work great and fix all his problems. We have to be there at 6am and he goes in at 7:30am. I am gettting kind of nervous. I know that it is no big deal and it is a very minor procedure. Just the fact that he will be away from us is scary. I went to sign all the pre-op papers today and it said things like I realize this can cause brain damage, and a concent for a blood tranfussion if needed. I know they have to cover their bases so they don't get sued but it was scary. I am thankful that Brock problem is only his ears. There are so many babies and children out there that are fighting for there lives everyday. Say an extra prayer for us tomorrow.

We'll be praying. I can't promise to pray during the surgery, but if I'm up feeding Josiah I will. I will pray today and before we go to sleep tonight. And once we wake up in the morning for an easy recovery. I hope Brock likes the horse we sent.

We will be praying for Brock and Brock's mommy. It will probably be harder on you than him. We love you guys and we will pray for speedy but careful surgery and a quick recovery.

Honey you are better than me!! I had to have Justin go with me (kleenex box in hand) to drop Brynn off at daycare today-yup got sick and almost threw up! I know he will be okay though. From what I hear it works wonders!

We will be praying for you guys at our numerous night time feedings. Brock is so lucky to have two awesome parents to take care of him when he gets out. He will feel so much better once he gets rid of all of these miserable ear infections.
