Ice/Snow Day

It was super cool to wake up on Tuesday morning and learn that we did not have to go to school . One of the many perks of being a teacher and my hubby being a teacher. The boys were thrilled to see the ice and could not wait to get out there. Tuesday afternoon I was a little excited to hear we had no school Wednesday because I had not had time to clean the house on Tuesday. Knowing we had no school Wednesday, we ventured to Home Depot to buy some new blind for the kitchen. Now, this afternoon, when we found out we did not have school on Thursday I was a bit annoyed. The kids are going stir crazy and I don't want to make up all of the school days.
